The homepage video is loaded from Wikimedia Commons. When external media is loaded, your browser may make a request to that third-party service. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

6. Confidentiality

Your inquiry, session context, and written notes are treated as confidential preparation material. They are not used as testimonials, public content, marketing examples, or case studies without your explicit permission.
